Our Story
Kristina Kilinich was a passionate hand-knitter long before she became a manufacturer. When she discovered fantasy yarn, she fell in love with its texture and creative potential — but as a demanding consumer, she quickly spotted real flaws in what was available on the market. She approached existing suppliers about fixing them. None were willing to change their process.
So she built her own: a mini-mill where quality control isn’t outsourced, and customer feedback isn’t ignored. Fantasy Yarn Lamur exists because Kristina refused to settle for “good enough” — and the same principle still drives every batch we produce: real listening, constant testing, endless improvement.
