Our website also uses cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics via Site Kit) that collect technical data such as pages visited, device and approximate location.
Why we use it
To answer your requests, send quotes, samples and catalogs, process wholesale orders and improve our website. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
Data may be processed by our service providers: website hosting, email providers, Google (analytics) and Pinterest, when you arrive from or interact with our Pinterest content. We share data only as needed to provide our services.
Instagram and Facebook messages
When you message us on Instagram (@lamuryarn) or on our Facebook page Lamur Yarn, we receive your username, profile name and the messages you send. We use them only to reply to you, discuss collaboration and arrange deliveries — for example, a pickup point address and phone number you share for shipping. Our messaging tools run on our own server and connect through the official Meta Graph API. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. We keep messages as long as needed for our collaboration and delete them on request.
Data deletion
To delete the data we received from you via Instagram or Facebook, message @lamuryarn or email info@lamuryarn.com with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you emails. Write to info@lamuryarn.com and we will reply within 30 days.
